Strategic Plan

This Strategic Plan was developed in 2025 by the core team at New Opera Dialogues. The process was facilitated and guided by Steinunn Ragnarsdóttir, CEO and Artistic Director of the Icelandic Opera, who also served as an international consultant and creative leadership coach.
